2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 226/2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. The solitary accusation against the petitioner is of snatching Rs. 30,000/- from the informant's wife, which is however mere embellishment. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP on the other hand invites reference to the FIR to point out that there is specific accusation against the petitioner of having thrown the informant's wife on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65897 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 ground, tore her clothes and dragged her behind the car and thereafter all three accused persons assaulted her.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and the incorrect submission of the petitioner that there is no accusation of assault whatsoever attributed to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
