====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No. 88 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 190, 191(2) and 191(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with others are alleged to have assaulted the thief, who subsequently died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71739 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 petitioners are in custody since 20.06.2025. It is further submitted that no offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioners.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Munger/ concerned Court below in connection with Asarganj P.S.
