Petitioner is accused in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 registered under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on 21.08.2019 by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28895 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after farming of charge. Further submission is that charge has already been submitted on 20.09.2019, as detailed in Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68757 of 2019(3) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 13th A.C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016.
