2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 105, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, son of the informant died due to electrocution as he touched the naked wire.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75286 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Danapur/concerned Court below in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No. 139 of 2024.
