JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Uchchkagaon P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 366(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3, 9 and 10 of POCSO Act.

In the complaint petition it is alleged that this petitioner confined the complainant in a room at Siwan from 2.9.2016 to 21.10.2016 and established physical relationship with her on pretext that he would marry with her but did not perform marriage. It has further been alleged that the petitioner took obscene photograph and made video of the complainant also. Seeing the specific allegation against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands
