The petitioner seeks bail in Riga P.S. Case No. 311 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 75(a) (b) of Bihar Minor Mineral Rules, 2017. Allegation against the petitioner is of carrying 80 cft of sandy soil from his tractor which is in violation of Rule-75 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Rules, 2017. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.11.2017.
