The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.7657 of 2019 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 817 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 26.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Case No. 817 of 2019).
