Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 449 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal history. Petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
