The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of Annexure-3, it appears that in course of investigation, the victim was found on her Mausi house and her Mausi communicated the said fact to her father and thereafter, the victim was taken to her Sasural by her father and thereafter, the father of the victim went to his house and in the morning, he got information that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73609 of 2022(2) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 the victim was killed by Sasural people, for which Khirhar P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021 was filed by the father of the deceased (victim). Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Benipatti in connection with Khirhar P.S.
