The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case as lodged by the police personnel is that while he was checking vehicles near Madhopur Patrol Pump, on suspicion he stopped this petitioner who was going on a Apache Motorcycle bearing Reg. No. BR 04T1116 who disclosed that the motorcycle is a theft article, he had no any valid paper of the motorcycle and the police learnt that the Reg. Number of motorcycle was allotted to a Glamour motorcycle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65849 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 petitioner is in judicial custody since 20.08.2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent of similar nature as stated in para-3 of the bail petition. He further submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted and there is no allegation of tampering with the prosecution witnesses. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Saran, Chapra in connection with Marhowrah Police Station Case No. 592 of 2019.
