It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 20.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21446 of 2018 with certain direction and observation but in the said order in para -3 in place of PDC cheque of 2 lacs, it has inadvertently been mentioned as PDC cheque of Rs. 3 lacs.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let order dated 20.06.2018 is modified to the extent that that PDC cheques of Rs. 3 lacs mentioned in para -3 of the said

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21446 of 2018 (5) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 order be read as PDC cheques of Rs. 2 lacs.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court below, forthwith.
