2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 304, 307 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. It is alleged that unknown criminals snatched a motorcycle and money. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the self-inculpatory statement of a co-accused. The petitioner is also accused in seven other serious cases and is in custody since 11.03.2025.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
