The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16207 of 2019 in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar) P.S. Case No. 566 of 2018 pending in the Court of the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran to the extent of extending the period of surrender of the petitioner.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in the aforementioned case and he was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from the date of order but the petitioner failed to surrender within the stipulated time since he was suffering from serious Jaundice. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70447 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with the aforementioned case to the satisfaction of CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah.
