2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 554 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that 3700 live cartridges were recovered from the car which was being driven by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2025.

4. It has been submitted by learned Senior Counsel that the petitioner, being merely the driver, cannot be held responsible for the alleged recovery as the owner of the vehicle was also travelling in the car.

5. Considering the huge recovery and the fact that the
