Submission is that on 06.02.2020, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, opposite party no. 2 and the Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, the petitioner was granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail in view of the memorandum of agreement, dated 17.12.2019, of Patna High Court Mediation Center, but, inadvertently the order was passed to the effect mentioned below :

"3/06.02.2020 : As jointly prayed for, let this matter be sent to the Patna High Court Mediation Center for amicable settlement of the dispute between the petitioner and opposite party no. 2, who are husband and wife.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67525 of 2019(4) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 Put up on 6th of May, 2020, under the appropriate heading, with the report of the Mediator."

The Mediator's report, dated 17.12.2019, which is at flag 'A' with the memorandum of agreement, dated 17.12.2019, entered into between the petitioner and opposite party no. 2, which indicates that both the parties resolved their dispute and decided to lead their conjugal life, as such, the provisional bail, granted to the petitioner vide order, dated 07.11.2019, is hereby confirmed.

The order, dated 06.02.2020, is modified to the aforesaid extent.
