JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 08-01-2018 Inter alia contending that in construction of laser show stand on the bank of Mangal Talab, sewerage system which is higher than the old one due to which dirty water did not flow outside the Talab, the pathway for morning walk also sank in drain water and dirty atmosphere created due to non-proper cleaning, it is prayed that several irregularities have been committed for the same.

This petition is filed as public interest litigation petition.

Taking note of the nature of the grievance made by the petitioner, we are not inclined to interfere with the matter. The petitioner may file a representation in accordance with law before the appropriate competent authority, who may look into the matter.

With the aforesaid liberty, the matter stands disposed off.
