The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 10 litres of illegal wine from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 01.09.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65365 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka in connection with Katoriya Police Station Case No. 162 of 2019.
