Petitioner is accused in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2019.
