JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tekari P. S. Case No. 224 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 186, 353 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against petitioners is that they along with other persons blocked the public road when the daughter of petitioner no. 1 became injured in an accident. Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that admittedly, daughter of the petitioner no. 1 became injured in an accident on 07.07.2019 and, as a matter of fact, after the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66935 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 aforesaid accident, petitioners brought the victim to hospital and they were not present over the place of occurrence when the alleged occurrence took place.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.
