2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 139 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 111, 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2) of the BNS and Section 66 C and 66 D of the IT Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 9 ATM Cards of different banks, two mobiles and a black color purse containing four Aadhar Cards, one Pan Card, one voter ID and RC of a motorcycle were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2025.

4. It is a case of cyber fraud. It appears that the petitioner was operating mule bank accounts. The petitioner has

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of the allegation and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
