This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party No.2-Ravi Kumar Sonu in Cr. Misc. No.8496 of 2018, a case under Sections 493 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No.207 of 2017.

Allegation against opposite party No.2 was that he was in physical relation with the petitioner/informant on the pretext of marriage and the parties had entered into a written compromise vide Annexure-2.

Submission is that opposite party No.2 is not following the compromise and terms of compromise. Hence, his bail be cancelled.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35390 of 2018 (4) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 The aforesaid cannot be a ground to cancel the bail because not only compromise between the parties was consideration by the Court while granting bail rather the nature of allegation was also considered of grant of bail. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as devoid of any merit.
