The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 338 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is 70 years old person. He is a deed writer. Further he submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73529 of 2022(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 338 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
