Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S.Case No. 439 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping minor daughter of the informant and she is still traceless and the case is of the year 2013.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he is named in the FIR but he has no knowledge about the same and he has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33974 of 2018 (3) dt.07-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered ion its own merit.
