3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that all impediments in payment of the retiral dues of the petitioner have been sorted out.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 5 and 6 to ensure that all admitted dues of the petitioner are paid, in accordance with law, expeditiously and latest within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before them.
