2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 301 Kg. of ganja from the vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is the co-driver of seized mini truck and he is not concerned with the seized ganja. The petitioner is in jail since 28.06.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
