This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Pakridayal P.S. Case No.161 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with others is said to have killed a 12 years child. He is in custody since 23.06.2022. 4.

Considering the seriousness of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail for the present.

Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
