The post of Tola Swyam Sewak not being a civil post or a permanent appointment under the State, the learned Single Judge has rightly refused to issue any mandamus in favour of the appellants, in addition to the several reasons which have been provided by him in the impugned order.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
