The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nabi Nagar P.S. Case No.183 of 2022 registered under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner surfaced in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Abhimanyu Singh. Having considered the above facts and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or
