JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD) 18-07-2018 The petitioner in this case is an Advocate in the Civil Court at Patna. He has moved this Court challenging the Vires of the Bihar Law Officers (Engagement) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules, 2017) on various grounds. Identical issues, raised in the batch of the writ applications being C.W.J.C. No. 16891 of 2017 and other analogous matters, came for consideration before this Court on 16.07.2018. Considering the pleadings available on the record, we have discussed the issues raised therein which we find identical to the issues raised in the present writ application. We, therefore, dispose of this writ application in the same terms in
