1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.15625 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 "1(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment from the public land i.e. land of Sothgama Village, Thana No. 112, Khesra No. 2936 which is the public road which has been encroached by the private respondents by constructing the pucca and foos house and villagers including the petitioner are in great difficulty while passing the public road.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent No. 3 to initiate an encroachment proceeding under Bihar Land Encroachment Act, 1956 against the private respondents and after following the due procedure removed the encroachment from the public land."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Cicle Officer, Circle Vidyapatinagar, District Samastipur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
