In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 17 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioner and also the fact that he has no criminal antecedent, and in-as-much as petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2022. Accordingly, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74197 of 2022(2) dt.04-03-2023 2/2 West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 17 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. It is clarified that if the charge has already been framed in the case, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted by the court below.
