2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the identifier of the said deed and co-accused pankaj Kumar is witness and forged registry is done by Bhola Paswan .
4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case . Moreover, it is pure civil dispute and petitioner is neither vendee nor vendor. Similarly situated coaccused person Pankaj Kumar has already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 50469 of 2023 . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned C . J . M. Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. case No. 85 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
