2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.03.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 74079 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the fresh ground for renewal of the bail petition is that during trial, the informant and injured witness Pappu Kumar have been examined as PW-1 and PW-2 respectively, but none of these two eye-witnesses named the present petitioner. Some important witness are yet to be examined.

4. On the other hand, Sri Shailendra Kumar, learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81713 of 2023(2) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 submitted that a number of witnesses are yet to be examined.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, the learned trial court is directed to take every endeavour for expeditious disposal of this case. If the trial is not concluded within a period of seven months, the petitioner will be entitled to renew his prayer for bail.

6. With this observations, the present regular bail petition stands disposed of.
