The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sirdalla P.S.Case No. 280 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the delay of seven days in institution of the First Information Report, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S.Case No. 280 of 2017,
