JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of one country-made pistol with cartridge from the petitioner and he is accused in three other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has already remained in custody for eight months, charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65539 of 2019(4) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to appear before police station of his local area in second week of every month for a period of six months, so that the police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Saran for needful.
