ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2019, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 302, 34 of Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act, 1959.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against two other accused persons, namely, Jitendra Mahto and Sushil Mahto and not the present petitioner. He further submits that the similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Pramod Mahto has been extended the privilege of bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67896 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 in Cr.Misc. No. 68279 of 2019 vide order dated 06.11.2019. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.
