Petitioner has filed this petition for modification of order dated 23.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31421/2018 and for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31421/2018, but the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, as petitioner in the prayer portion due to typographical mistake mentioned Complaint Case No. 1484(C)/2017 in Trial No. 1442/2017 instead of Trial No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42788 of 2018 (4) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 1742/2017.

Considering the facts, modification petition is allowed and the period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for four weeks from today. This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 23.05.2018.
