The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. 356.2 liters of country made wine was recovered from Vagon R. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the aforesaid vehicle does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.08.2019 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, which has been mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition.
