JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party No. 2 vide order dated 24.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 43135 of 2017. Petitioner has submitted that by giving wrong information he has got modified the order dated 16.05.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 29830 of 2018. During course of argument learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after modification of order dated 16.05.2018, the money has been paid by the petitioner to farmers in compliance of the order dated 24.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 43135 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52810 of 2018 (3) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 In such circumstances, this Court does not find any merit in the application.

The application stands dismissed.
