2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376(3), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 04 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the victim girl were in an relationship and they got married also but after marriage, the petitioner started to assault and torture the informant/victim girl and refused to keep her with him.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim is staying in the house of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76462 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 the petitioner and the same has been supported by the learned counsel for the informant Ms. Deepshikha. The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, West Champaran, Bettiah/concerned Court below in connection with Sikarpur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2024.

7. If the petitioner again misbehaves with the informant/victim then she is given liberty to move for the cancellation of bail in the Court below itself. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
