Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 379, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on recovery of dead body of Runa Devi. Suspicion is against the FIR named accused and his criminal associates that they have committed murder for the reason that co-accused Dilip Yadav was suspecting that the victim had poisoned, the buffalo of Dilip Yadav, to death.

Submission is that except confessional statement of the petitioner and other co-accused, there is no other material against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4512 of 2018 (5) dt.23-04-2018 since 15.05.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Salkhua (Banma Itahari O.P.) Police Station Case No.85 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
