1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.A. For direction upon the Respondents Authorities to take proper steps under Section 82 of the Registration Act, 1908, against the Respondent IInd Set who have executed the Registered Sale Deed No. 10768 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.16146 of 2023(2) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 25.08.2023 and Registered Sale Deed No.10769 dated 25.08.2023 by furnishing false information regarding the Citizenship and also furnished false and frivolous documents relating to Indian Citizenship for which the Petitioners have filed application before the Respondent Authorities. B. For directing the Respondents Authorities to take proper steps on the application filed by the Petitioners and further to make proper enquiry with the respect to execution of Sale Deeds, for the land of the Petitioners, by the Respondent IInd Set showing themselves as Indian Citizen whereas they are citizen of Nepal.

C. For directing the Respondent Authorities to cancel the Sale Deeds executed by the Respondent IInd Set after proper inquiry on the application of the Petitioners if the issue involved in the present writ application is found true after inquiry."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Araria, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
