JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that in prayer portion of the bail petition, in stead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua inadvertently Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram has been typed and accordingly, the same has also been typed in the order dated 07.08.2018. Learned counsel for petitioners is directed to make necessary correction in the bail petition during course of day. The order dated 07.08.2018 is modified to the extent that in place of C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram, C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabhua be read.
