2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 307 of 2025 dated 10.08.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 74, 303(2), 308(3), 324(4), 352, 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons cut the lock of the shop and entered the house of the informant and they also abused the informant's family members. It is further alleged that they committed loot of gold of Rs. 10 lakh and 1.5 lakh in cash and fled away demanding Rs. 20 lakh as ransom.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter-case between both the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Lakhisarai in connection with Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 307 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
