2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.16453 of 2023(2) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 law.

In case the petitioners file any petition before the Bihar State Board of Religious Trust, with whom the jurisdiction lies, then in that case their application is required to be considered in accordance with law and a reasoned order be passed following the principle of natural justice, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
