The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioners have neither been put on Test Identification Parade nor any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 20.08.2019.

Considering the submissions aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on submission of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65552 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 charge sheet within statutory period on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No.8 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
