====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner retired as Junior Engineer from the office of respondent no. 3. He prays for payment of his post retiral benefits as well as commutation value of pension and monthly pension. Petitioner had also prayed for interest on account of delay of payment of his post retiral benefits from the date of accrual till the date of payment. During pendency of the writ application, all post-retiral benefits as claimed by the petitioner have been granted and a counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent no. 3 has been filed by the State stating details of such payment.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1597 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 Considering the facts that all payment of retiral benefits have been granted to the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 that if any admissible interest is payable on the retiral dues, the same would be calculated and paid to the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of the order.
