1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.08.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.16126 of 2019, the claim of the petitioner was examined, whereafter Office Order contained in Memo dated 11.01.2023 was issued by the District Education Officer, Madhubani and a direction was issued for payment of a sum of Rs.2,91,547/-, which also includes the interest amount and the said amount has also stood paid to the petitioner, hence
Patna High Court MJC No.3102 of 2023(4) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.
2. This Court finds that neither there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed to rebut the aforesaid contention put forth by the opposite parties, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 14.08.2019 has stood complied with, thus the present petition stands dismissed.
