2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, co-accused Priyanshu Kumar assaulted the deceased (informant's father) with sword. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of abuse and assault and no specific overt act has been alleged against them. Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties. As per post-mortem report, the cause of death has been stated to be injury caused on deceased with sharp long weapon. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 130 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
