2. The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.09.2022 passed by Director Mines-cum-CEO, Bihar State Mining Corporation Ltd, Patna contained in memo no. 08/BALU-195/22... 2000 dated 23.09.2022.

3. Mr. Naresh Dikshit, learned Spl PP, Mines has provided a letter of the General Manager, Bihar State Mining Corporation Ltd, Patna, Bihar addressed to him showing a

Patna High Court CWJC No.16122 of 2023(2) dt.29-08-2024 2/2 direction that has been issued relating to payment of the cases filed in the Patna High Court. The case of the petitioner is at serial no.4 and it has been recorded that vide letter no. 131 dated 19.03.2024, Rs. 74,40, 780/- has been paid. Further, some amount has been deposited through different names for which the representative has been called so that it can be matched and payment be made.

4. In that background, a positive development has taken place, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter be disposed of granting him liberty to prefer fresh petition, in case the issue still remains/certain payment not made.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
